The integration receives product-related queries and product, variant, category and feature IDs sent by ChatGPT. To fulfill a request, it forwards the relevant search terms or IDs to the WIKO store catalog and returns public product data. Cloudflare uses IP addresses for rate limiting and service protection. Technical logs may include the request time, IP address, requested path, response status and errors. We do not ask for payment details or store account data, and we do not create user accounts in the integration.
Do not include passwords, card details, health information or other confidential data in your queries. ChatGPT may pass context needed to fulfill your request to the integration; OpenAI's own policies govern its processing of your conversation.
Cloudflare handles HTTP requests, rate limits and operational logs. The catalog of the store operated by ZPUH Wiko sp. z o.o. receives requests for public products; the integration does not send the user's IP address as a query field. The integration publisher does not store search histories or user accounts in its own database. The rate-limit counter operates in a 60-second window; Cloudflare Workers Logs may be retained for up to 7 days depending on the service plan. Data processed directly by the store or ChatGPT is subject to those services' separate policies.
